What qualifications does your team have? Our team members are Certified Bookkeepers, Certified Quickbooks Advanced ProAdvisors, Quickbooks Payroll ProAdvisors, and are continuously taking financial education courses. With over 10 years of bookkeeping experience, you can rest assured that you are working with professionals. We also belong to a large network of financial professionals, so if there is a question we have not seen before, we can tap into our network to find an answer for you fast.
What information do I need to share? Ideally, our bookkeeping team will need access to your business bank account and credit account(s) to efficiently complete your monthly financials. Many banks allow for accountant (read only) access to bank accounts.
Is Quickbooks Online required to sign up for the bookkeeping plans? Yes, Our team must use Quickbooks Online in order to handle the bookkeeping needs of our clients. If you have a current subscriptions, you can add us as your accountant (we can walk you through this process). If you do not currently have a subscription, we can help get you set up and are able to offer 30% off to our new clients for 12 months!
Do you require a contract? No! There are no contracts, no commitments. You can cancel our services for any reason. We do offer an engagement letter as a way of stating the expectations and terms of a business relationship. It will outline the scope of work that we will provide for a client as well as details about compensation and the project timelines.
